Good morning!

The words of the old hymn say, “What a Friend we have in Jesus, all our sins and griefs to bear. What a privilege to carry everything to Him in prayer.”

We need to know that Jesus is the greatest thing in our lives.

David didn’t need to know Goliath’s strength because he already knew God’s.

Nothing we are facing today is stronger than our Friend, Jesus!! 🙌🏻🥰🙌🏻

I’m going to keep trusting in Him to take me where He wants me to be.

Evening thoughts….

1 Sam. 11:10,12
…but the LORD thundered with a great thunder on that day upon the Philistines, and discomfited them; and they were smitten before Israel.
Then Samuel took a stone, and set it between Mizpeh and Shen, and called the name of it Ebenezer, saying, Hitherto hath the LORD helped us.
So the Philistines were subdued…

Ebenezer means "stone of help".
We all need the help of the Lord on this journey of life, as each go through different situations, trials and circumstances.

Psalm 121:1-2
I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills,
from whence cometh my help.
My help cometh from the LORD,
which made heaven and earth.

Hebrews 4:16
Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
