A new GriefShare group begins tomorrow! GriefShare is a safe, welcoming place where you can connect with others who understand the difficult emotions of grief. Over this 13-week group, you’ll learn what to expect in the days ahead, what’s “normal” in grief, and helpful ways to cope with its unpredictability.

Because grief doesn’t follow neat or orderly stages, GriefShare offers practical guidance, encouragement, and support for wherever you are on the journey. If you’ve lost someone you love—or know someone who is grieving—we invite you to give this group a try.
