All graduating seniors and their families are warmly invited to this meaningful, long-standing Dover-Sherborn tradition. This 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭-𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 brings together clergy from multiple faith traditions to honor and bless our graduates—and all are welcome, regardless of background or beliefs.

At The Dover Church, we’ve been in ongoing conversation about how we can live even more fully into our Open and Affirming covenant with one another and with the wider community.

As part of this work, we invite you to join us for an LGBTQ+ panel discussion during coffee hour on
🗓 Sunday, February 8
⏰ 11:15 a.m.

We will be joined by four guest panelists who will share their insights and experiences. This panel is a space to bring your questions, your wonderings about what it means to be a community for everyone, how to support a loved one who may be questioning or has recently come out, how to be a better ally, and more.

We know it can feel hard to speak up or ask big questions, so we’re creating multiple ways for you to participate. Questions may be submitted anonymously in advance using the link in our weekly e‑News or here:

A Service of Prayer, Song, and Youthful Witness ✨
February 1st, 10 AM

Join us on Sunday, February 1st for a Taizé worship service inspired by the summer pilgrimage our youth group took to Taizé, France alongside youth from Pilgrim Church - United Church of Christ, Sherborn, MA.

This contemplative service will be centered on quiet prayer, simple and beautiful music, and reflections from our teen pilgrims, who will share how their journey shaped their faith and deepened their connection with God. Our teens will also lead the children’s message, joyfully sharing their experience with our youngest worshipers.

Come and be renewed through stillness, song, and the voices of our young people.

🍂 Join Us for Our Thanksgiving Agape Service! 🍂
This Sunday, November 23 at 10:00 a.m., we’ll gather for a special time of worship and fellowship at The Dover Church.

✨ What’s Happening?
Bring uncut baked sweet breads (pumpkin, apple, banana, etc.) and bunches of grapes to share. These will be placed in the sanctuary during the service and enjoyed together at coffee hour.

We’ll welcome Rebecca Gallo, Executive Director of A Place to Turn food pantry in Natick, who will share how we can support neighbors in need.

Food Pantry Donations: Please bring items to help local families, including:
✅ 2 lb bags of white rice
✅ Spaghetti & spaghetti sauce
✅ Coffee
✅ 1 lb bags of dry black beans
✅ Diapers (sizes 4, 5, 6) & baby wipes
✅ Paper grocery bags with handles
✅ Other non-perishable items

✨ Wonder Wednesdays Are Back at The Dover Church ✨
We’re thrilled to announce the return of Wonder Wednesdays, our after school faith-based program for K–5 students on Chickering & Pine Hill half days!
⏰ Time: 11:45 AM – 2:15 PM
📍 Location: The Dover Church, 17 Springdale ave, Dover MA 02030
🍽️ Lunch & snacks included!
Wonder Wednesdays is designed to make life easier for families navigating those tricky early dismissals — and to give kids a joyful, creative space to grow in faith and friendship.
Each session is packed with fun and meaning:
🎶 Music
🎨 Crafts
📖 Bible stories
⚽ Outdoor play
🧪 Science experiments
🍴 Story-themed snacks
🕰️ Adventures into the world of ancient Israel
… and so much more!
This fall’s theme is “Bible Heroes: Royalty”, running on:

💰 Cost: $30/session ($120 total for Fall Semester)

Our Youth Have Returned from Taizé! 🙏 🇫🇷

We are grateful to share that our youth group has safely returned from their pilgrimage to Taizé, France. It was a powerful week of prayer, reflection, community, and spiritual growth.

Thank you to everyone who held them in your thoughts and prayers throughout the journey—your support meant the world to them.

We look forward to hearing more about their experiences this fall, when we will gather for a special worship service centered around Taizé and the insights they brought back with them. Stay tuned—this will be a meaningful moment for our whole church family.
