🌸 HELLO GERANIUMS 🙌🙌🙌🙌!!!!
We pray for future things, what about our Daily Things…..
Some mornings before I head out on my walk to the tram, I enjoy a warm, fresh croissant. It’s a simple, comforting part of my daily routine—fuel for the body before the steps begin.
But as I reached into that bakery bag on Tuesday, the Spirit posed a powerful question to my heart: "When do you ask for your daily bread?"
🥖 Fresh Grace for Today’s Walk
So often, we try to survive today on yesterday’s grace or worry about where tomorrow’s strength will come from. But when Jesus taught us to pray, He gave us a very specific rhythm:
“Give us this day our daily bread." — Matthew 6:11
Notice Jesus didn't say to ask for a week's supply or a month's stockpile. He taught us to seek Him daily.
Just like I don't eat a week's worth of croissants before catching my tram, we cannot carry out today’s kingdom assignment on yesterday’s spiritual manna. God desires a daily, intimate encounter with us.
He wants to feed your spirit before you step out into the world, walk to your commute, or serve your family and community.
📖 The Bread That Truly Satisfies
When we ask Him for our daily bread, we aren't just asking for physical provision—we are asking for Him.
“Then Jesus declared, 'I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.'" — John 6:35
Before you step out the door today—before you check your phone, take that walk, or jump on the tram—take a moment to pull up to the Lord's table.
Ask Him for fresh wisdom, fresh strength, and fresh grace for this exact day.
His mercies are brand new every morning, perfectly baked and tailored just for what you'll face today!
Sisters, how are you asking for your Daily Bread this morning?
