First I want to say What a wonderful evening we had at our Women of Worth Come to the Table gathering! So many sweet conversations, encouraging words, new friendships, and a reminder that there is always a seat at God’s table. Thank you to every woman who joined us and helped make the evening so special. We are grateful for the community God is building among the women of our church and our community. ❤️

For those who have been asking about brother Ron Ward’s sisters home going celebration services, I wanted to post this for you!

The Family will receive friends at Son Light Baptist Church on Friday, May 15, 2026, from 6pm-7pm with the funeral service to follow.

The address is 6494 Son Light Way, Knoxville, TN 37918. The church is off Rifle Range Drive.

Reverend Eddie Myers officiating. Interment will be on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at 1pm at Greenwood Cemetery off Tazwell Pike.

After a long pause, we are finally bringing Women of Worth back… and my heart is genuinely so excited about this evening.

Sometimes life gets busy, heavy, overwhelming, and honestly a little lonely. I think a lot of women are craving a place to simply come sit, breathe, laugh, connect, and be encouraged again.

So on May 28th, we’re gathering around the table for a cozy evening of coffee, desserts, small bites, conversation, encouragement, and faith.

No pressure. No pretending. No need to have everything together.

Just women gathering together.

Whether you attend our church, another church, or no church at all… you are welcome here. Truly.

Bring a friend, your sister, your mom, your daughter, or come by yourself and sit with us. There’s always room at the table.

I’m nervous and excited all at once, but I’m believing this is going to be a really sweet night together. 🤍
