SATURDAY 6/13 Sisters in the Spirit meets at 9:30 for coffee and the program begins at 10

Then at 1:00 PM - Honeycomb Music Circle gathers in the sanctuary.

SUNDAY June 14th: 9:00 AM Adult Forum- the third class in the Becoming and Belonging series.

10:30 AM - Worship & Holy Eucharist

THIS WEDNESDAY- June 3, 5:30
One of the ways that we can respond to the world that meets us is through prayer and calm. It can be hard to find spaces for that given the digital age in which we are living.

So, let us create a space for prayer and grounding together.

From 5:30-6:15 we invite you to First Wednesday Service.

This Contemplative-Centering-Communion Service will include quiet music, silence, expansive language for prayers, and anointing offered. You are invited to come sit, be still, pray, and reflect in community with us.

If you are interested in continuing to become and belong on your faith journey as part of our church community, come join us for Adult Forum. We will discuss Episcopal Church history, theology, and our understanding of worship.

What a fun and joyous day we had this past Sunday celebrating Pentecost and CHS's 40th Birthday! The day began with morning worship and a sermon duet by our founding rector, Ret. Rev Susan Sherard along with our current rectory, Rev. Mary Catherine Cole.

What began with idea of a small house church in the 80's quickly grew becoming a faith community where folks from all walks of life and various backgrounds came together with a commitment to love and serve their neighbor, and each other as God call us. A place where all were welcome.

Although much has changed in 40 years this mission has not.

After the service we had a delicious cookout, and some friendly competition during the co****le tournament and scavenger hunt.

Thank you to all the volunteers that helped make this such a wonderful day!
