The sound of wind in Acts 2 was not God putting on a display. It was heaven announcing that the Church was about to move. The disciples walked into that room waiting, unsure, and hidden. They walked out bold, Spirit filled, and ready to carry Jesus into the world. That is what the Holy Spirit still does today. He takes ordinary people and gives them courage to live with purpose.
Sometimes we want God to move while staying in the same place spiritually. But the wind of the Spirit pushes us beyond routine faith. He leads us into deeper surrender, stronger obedience, and real ministry to the people around us.
God may send you across the world, or He may send you across the street. Either way, someoneโs life could change because you listened when the Spirit spoke.
Do not ignore the direction of God just because it stretches you. The wind still blows, and Jesus is still reaching people through surrendered lives. ๐
โThe wind blows where it pleases, and you hear its sound, but you donโt know where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit.โ - John 3:8
