The rain moved out just in time for some fun yesterday, and we were able to raise a total of $533 for the Mancelona Food Pantry! Thanks to those who came to join the fun, including some participants from Beulah and Flushing!

Have you heard? We're hosting a FUN day out at Wetzel Lake!

First off, there's a stone skipping contest. Yes, contest. So warm up those wrists and elbows, because we all know you're gonna want to out-skip your neighbor, son, mom, or best friend.

Then, stay for a (FREE) community picnic!

Don't think you've got what it takes to skip stones? That's ok! Come watch and cheer, and definitely stay for the picnic!

September 6th community picnic and stone skipping contest at Wetzel Lake. We are still looking for volunteers to help and people to sign up to skip some stones.

Thank you Mancelona Pathway Church for the generous donation of Bibles to be passed out during the first annual Rock of Ages Stone Skipping Contest and community picnic on September 6th in support of the Mancelona Food Pantry.
