We were encouraged in the Spirit as we prayed over families, reminding them they are covenant carriers! Be encouraged— there has never been a better time to prepare the way of the Lord WITH the next generation.

Today, we celebrated another Sunday in the Lord's house by continuing in our series Understanding the Story. Though suffering was not God's original intent for mankind, He always had a plan to heal, redeem, and draw His people back to Himself.

God doesn't delight in our suffering. He delights in the perseverance through suffering that produces faith within us. He is near to you, friend! Never doubt that!

It’s amazing how quickly we can forget what God has already done.

One bad moment.
One hard season.
One unexpected struggle…
…and suddenly we question the same God who brought us through before.

The truth is, memory matters in faith.

Over and over in scripture, God called His people to remember — remember His faithfulness, remember His provision, remember His miracles. Because forgetfulness will always fuel fear, but remembrance fuels faith.

If God did it before, He is still able.
If He was faithful then, He is still faithful now.

This message is a reminder for anyone who feels discouraged, overwhelmed, or uncertain:
Don’t forget the God who brought you this far.

Family Night at the Crawdads Game - Saturday, June 6th.

Join us for our first Family Night of the Summer for a night at the Hickory Crawdads game. Using the link grab your tickets. Your ticket gets you into the game and seated in our group. Dinner is on us! When you arrive, we'll be providing you and your family dining vouchers for you to be able to choose what you want to for dinner.

Sometimes the biggest battle for our faith is what’s right in front of us.

What we see can make us afraid.
What we see can make us doubt.
What we see can make us forget what God already said.

But faith has never been built on sight alone.

In THE EYES HAVE IT, we talked about the tension between living by what we see and living by what God has spoken. Because if we only trust what we can see, we’ll miss what God is trying to show us.

Don’t let fear have the final word.
Don’t let circumstances define your confidence.
And don’t let what’s visible blind you to what’s possible with God.
