Bro. Ben, he had a smile that would light up any room and a faith that never wavered. Through every trial he faced, he never stopped praising and thanking God. He was not just a member of our church; he was one of THE churchβs greatest ambassadors, always representing Christ with love and grace. He was a friend to everyone & never missed an opportunity to witness or offer a helping hand to anyone in need.
Earlier this year while working on VBS props, his wife, Sandy, played the song, βHard Fought Hallelujahβ by Brandon Lake. She shared that Ben had told her the first time he heard it that it was his anthem: heβll bring his hard-fought, heartfelt, it-is-well hallelujah.
Bro. Ben fought the good fight, ran his race well, and kept the faith. His steadfast trust in the Lord, even in the midst of trials, is an inspiration to all who knew him and will never be forgotten.
Please continue to pray for his wife, Sandy, & the rest of his family.
