Joining with First Christian Church of Henderson as they celebrate the graduation of their Associate Minister, Rev. Jinny McCormick. Congratulations, Jinny!

Jinny is a seminarian under care of the West Area Interview team of the Committee on Ministry. The team currently has eleven candidates for ministry under care and preparing for ordination or commissioning.

Today FCCH celebrates a wonderful milestone in the educational journey of our Associate Minister, Rev. Jinny McCormick!

This morning, Jinny graduated from Lexington Theological Seminary, marking an important achievement in her ministry. We give thanks to God for her hard work, dedication, and faithful response to God's call on her life.

While this is a significant accomplishment, it is not the end of the journey. Jinny will continue her studies as she works toward earning her Master of Divinity degree. We are grateful for the gifts she shares with our congregation and excited to see how God will continue to shape and use her ministry in the years ahead.

Please join us in congratulating Rev. Jinny McCormick and keeping her in your prayers as she continues her theological education and faithful service to Christ and the Church.

Join us as we mark the 225th anniversary of the Cane Ridge Revival, which took place August 6–12, 1801, and helped spark the emergence of the Stone-Campbell Movement. On Saturday, August 8, we will gather from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Cane Ridge Meeting House for a day of education, worship, and celebration. The program will include a panel of scholars reflecting on Barton W. Stone, the Cane Ridge Revival, and The Last Will and Testament of the Springfield Presbytery, along with keynote lectures, worship, and preaching in the historic meeting house.
