Happy Pastor Appreciation Day, Pastor Tobin & Stephanie!
Today, we want to take a moment to honor not only Pastor Tobin, but Stephanie, too. Because behind every pastor is a life and a family that give so much more than most people will ever see.
We see the Sunday mornings, the sermons, the prayers, the worship services, the encouragement, and the way you faithfully show up for our church family week after week. But there is so much more that happens behind the scenes.
The late nights spent preparing messages. The prayers prayed in private for people who are hurting. The phone calls, the hospital visits, the hard conversations, the burdens carried home, and the weight of caring for people through some of the hardest seasons of their lives. The decisions, the planning, the sacrifices, and the moments when you pour into everyone else.
And Stephanie, we know that being a pastor’s wife comes with its own sacrifices, pressures, and unseen moments. Supporting, encouraging, praying, serving, and standing beside your husband through the highs and lows of ministry is a calling of its own. So much of what you do may never be recognized from a stage or mentioned in a Sunday announcement, but it matters more than you know.
Ministry is so much more than what happens on a Sunday morning. It’s the everyday faithfulness, the quiet sacrifices, the love that keeps showing up, and the willingness to keep saying yes, even when the work is hard and nobody sees it.
Tobin and Stephanie, we are so thankful for the way you love this church, serve this community, and faithfully follow the calling God has placed on your lives. Thank you for the things we see, and for all the things we don’t. Thank you for your prayers, your leadership, your hearts, and the countless ways you make a difference in the lives of others.
Today, we hope you feel even a little of the love, gratitude, and appreciation you pour into so many people throughout the year. We are so grateful God placed you in our CCF family.
