Pray with me. In about an hour from now (8:00 PM, CST USA), I will be teaching at Povidencia Seminary here in Country-IA.

It is a topic that is taught in many seminaries for one or two semesters. I only have 3 days, a total of 15 hours, to share with a group of 25 or so undergraduate students. I appreciate your prayers.

Thank you for your prayers. My time in Butuan Free Methodist Church was very productive. I felt God visiting me in a very special way.

Also, the two Sunday sermons went well. Even the Cebuano sermon was well received. Thank you for praying.

Thank you Prayer Warriors for your ministry of intercession. This Sunday, October 18th, I will be speaking in both English and Cebuano services of Butuan Free Methodist Church. Pray with me.

The last time I preached in the Cebuano language was 28 years ago. You could probably “feel” my confidence level dipping right now.

Tomorrow, Sunday, I will be sharing the word from Jesus’ teaching on The Beatitudes; basically an introduction to the Doctrine of Sanctification.

In my experience, this Jesus’ teaching on perfection and sanctification is better off if given by the local church pastor. But, I am not the local pastor. I am simply a visiting missionary. I don’t even know the people very well.

Please pray for us, that we will hear from the Spirit of God. Pray for clarity and humility with my sharing time. I will share this sermon around 9:00 PM, Central Standard Time (USA), Saturday evening. Pray with me.

Lord, in your mercy, hear our prayers.

Grateful for all the encouraging words. God is answering your prayers. I feel His gentle presence going with me.

Today (Wednesday evening), I am leaving for Perth, Australia. Please continue to pray with me. Pray for safe travels, and wisdom for my time of teaching.

Please uphold me in your prayers. I am in KL city right now and will meet with a group of Filipinos. I really don’t know them. Pray that the Spirit will give me words to share with everyone. Pray we will be encouraged with our time together. I will meet with them in about an hour from now, roughly 6:30 AM CST. Grateful for all your prayers.

Pray for Skip, Marilyn, Judy, Karen, and Barb (from Michigan) as they travel today back to the US. Grateful for all the prayers for this visiting friends. They are posing here with Claudia and Raymond, at this couple’s house blessing gathering last night.

Thank you for praying. The other night, (09/10/2026) we visited a home, together with the church leaders here in Christchurch, New Zealand. We prayed for Nhel and Arlene, that God will bless their family. This couple has expressed the desire to start a new Life Group in their home. They are also willing to participate in a church plant in their area—the early beginnings of a Free Methodist community. Pray with us.
