Join us in worship and praise this Sunday!

Lord willing, we will be worshiping together at First CRC at 10:30 am and at Second CRC for a joint worship service at 6:00 pm. During the morning service, Pastor Robert will be bringing us the message, "Wisdom from Proverbs for Working Hard".

If you are unable to worship with us in person, we invite you to join us online! Our worship services are streamed live at https://firstcrclynden.org/livestream/.
Services are also available to watch on our livestream library anytime after the service is finished-- go to Livestream Library on our website, click on "Playlist" and then select the service you are interested in watching.

*** All parents with children in Children's Church, please note that there will not be Children's Church on Sunday, September 6 due to the Labor Day holiday. Additional nursery staff will be available, if needed. Children are always welcome in the worship service and we understand that they might make a little extra noise.

After the service, you are welcome to join us for a time of fellowship on the church lawn or in the basement, depending on weather. We would love to share some coffee and cookies and get to know you!

Today we want to warmly welcome to the team, Jill and Ella, the new Children's Ministry Directors at First CRC! This mother-daughter duo is excited to share their passion for Jesus with the children and young families at First and we are excited that God has called them to this ministry at this time!

If you know Jill and Ella, you know that whatever they sign up for, they do with all their heart and we are confident that our children's ministry is in good hands. We pray that God uses them in big ways in our church family and in our community, all for the glory of God!

Take a moment to welcome them with a note here, with a card in their box, or in person at church and thank them for being part of the ministry team here at First.

A fun look back at videos from SERVE 2026 and already thinking of next year!

2027 is an "away" year for First CRC with youth leaders already planning to take a group to a SERVE site. If you are a high school student, start praying about whether you want to serve and watch for details in the coming months. As for Lynden SERVE, it is never too early to start praying for our next SERVE in 2028!
