On behalf of Oak Grove Holiness Church, we express our sincere condolences to Bro Howard Strickland’s family. Our dear sweet sister Jodie has transitioned to her mansion in Glory. She is now at the place she longed for. Our hearts miss her dearly but we know she’s made whole and no longer sick in her body. Her faith in GOD was unwavering. We will always remember her feisty personality, her servants heart and the way she encouraged others during the midst of her own trials and sickness. Well done sis, we’ll see when we get there.

JESUS CHRIST’s death on the cross gave us freedom from the penalty of sin. The brave men/women who gave their lives to protect our country are not forgotten. Freedom isn’t free and should never be taken for granted. True love is sacrificial! Be blessed today in the mighty name of JESUS CHRIST.

WORD for the day: *It is not over and GOD is not done!*

GOD has never started a work and didn’t complete it. He has never lost a battle. He has never ignored the cries/pleas of those who call on Him. Don't throw in the towel just yet. Pick that towel up, wipe your face, take a deep breath, readjust your armor, (suit back up if you've taken it off), and get back on track. We've all been in a place of slow fullness, distraction, or exhaustion before. Don't stop! We've got work to do. It's not the time to stop or lose focus. People are in bo***ge and they need help. As Christians, we have to let our light shine so sinners and backsliders will want to know the GOD that we serve. There's a spirit of conformity and complacency that is attaching to the people of GOD. The enemy is going all that he can to distract and wear us out so that we can't be effective in ministry. Be watchful and use your discernment. Let's stay prepared for the 2nd coming of JESUS!!

Saints who are saved, stay saved. Work, serve, love, and be obedient to GOD and what He is calling you to do.

Sinners/backsliders, come home. It's not too late. GOD loves you so much that He sent His only son to die for you. If you have breath in your body, there is still hope. Don't die and go to hell.

*Philippians1:6 Being confident of thus very thing, that He which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.*
