Today we give thanks for Camp Counselors! We know young people have more choices than ever and choosing to pour into young people and families during their summers is a gift!

Please hold our partners at HopeWood Outdoors - LOMO in your prayers as they begin staff training. Special thanks to Lainey and Marlo who have grown up going to camp with our church and now are giving back as counselors! Have fun at HopeWood Pines - LMC - we’ll see you in a few weeks with over twenty POP Campers!

A special weekend - celebrating with three little ones as they were baptized and warmly welcomed and blessing and sending a longtime member who heads to a new city soon.

All means all and we are grateful for a community that loves and cares for people of all ages and stages!

Today is Memorial Day. We remember, honor and give thanks for those in the armed forces who have given their lives for the sake of peace, justice and freedom. We remember the families and loved ones who supported their service, grieve their loss and carry forward their memory and legacy. (ELCA Prayer Ventures)

"Before we can reach for God, God has already reached for us. Before we can fail, God has already promised to be faithful. And before we can do anything at all, God has already named us beloved, claimed forever, forgiven now, and sent again in the power of the Holy Spirit.

This is our life in Christ.”

Today is Pentecost.

O God, on this day you open the hearts of your faithful people by sending into us your Holy Spirit. Direct us by the light of that Spirit, that we may have a right judgment in all things and rejoice at all times in your peace, through Jesus Christ, your Son and our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. —Bread for the Day

Living God, no sanctuary or sacrifice is worthy of your grace, but you offer it as freely as each breath. Receive our meager prayers, that by your blessing, our very lives may become an offering of authentic worship and praise. —Bread for the Day
