Hello everyone this is the official statement regarding our dear beloved First Presider of the New Promise Fellowship of Churches and Pastor of New Genesis Outreach Ministries of Stockton Incorporated Bishop Dwight Earl Williams and his transition from earth to glory . He will be greatly missed. We asked that keep us in prayer as we process this , and grieve .
