Shalom Saints … TRUTH: NO ONE PERSON CAN RECEIVE ALL OF GOD’S REVELATION AT ONE TIME!

Luke 1:31-38 ~ “And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call His name Jesus. He shall be great and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto Him the throne of His father David: And He shall reign over the house of Jacob forever; and of His Kingdom there shall be no end.”

SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT - THEN SAID MARY UNTO THE ANGEL, “HOW SHALL THIS BE, SEEING I KNOW NOT A MAN?” HOW LORD, HOW!

And the angel answered and said unto her, “The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: Therefore, also THAT HOLY THING which shall be born of thee shall be called the SON OF GOD. And behold, thy cousin Elisabeth, she hath also conceived a son in her old age; and this is the SIXTH MONTH WITH HER, WHO WAS CALLED BARREN. GLORY TO GOD. NOBODY BUT YOU LORD, NOBODY BUT YOU!

For with God nothing shall be impossible.” GLORY HALLELUJAH, TRUTH!

And Mary said, “BEHOLD THE HANDMAID OF THE LORD; BE IT UNTO ME ACCORDING TO THY WORD. AND THE ANGEL DEPARTED FROM HER.” ONLY BELIEVE, YES LORD!

BELIEVE THIS - Jesus is the Word of God! “The Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us” (John 1:14). THE WORD IS AN INCORRUPTIBLE SEED (1 Peter 1:23). GLORY!

When Mary humbled herself and received the Word of God (v. 38), she received Jesus into her womb, and that is how she conceived. God’s Word became the s***m instead of the s***m of a man. GLORY TO GOD FOR HIS WORD!

Great Day Saints, Shalom … TRUTH: This is absolute and all-inclusive: Dead people can’t help themselves. They must have a Savior.

THE BLESSINGS OF REDEMPTION, II-2
Ephesians 2:2 ~ “Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now works in the children of disobedience:”

Spiritual death is THE result of walking in opposition to the ways of God. It doesn’t happen all at once; it is a step-by-step departure.

TRUTH - This is absolute and all-inclusive: Dead people can’t help themselves. They must have a Savior.

SAINTS – ALL OF US can relate to walking “according to the course of this world.” Before we put our faith in Christ Jesus for salvation, we all were headed down the same path; bound by habits and desires that we could not break on our own. It was our nature to live in sin (Ephesians 2:3). We WERE in bo***ge to sin. THANK GOD FOR JESUS!

In the same way that this bo***ge to sin was universal, our resurrection with Christ (Ephesians 2:1) and victory over sin is universal for all who believe (Ephesians 1:19). It is a great error to identify with our old sin nature and not identify with our new righteous nature. Help Lord Jesus, Help our UNBELIEF!

Many sinners think that they are making their own decisions, BUT THAT IS NOT SO! Those who are not born again (John 3:3) are deceived and controlled by “the prince of the power of the air.” Satan IS THE ONE CONTROLLING THE UNSAVED.

“The god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ...should shine unto them” (2 Corinthians 4:4).

Great Monday Saints, Shalom … TRUTH: Spiritual death results in emotional misery all of our days.

THE BLESSINGS OF REDEMPTION, II-1

2:1 And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;

In chapter 2, Paul continues his teachings about Christ being raised from the dead and being given all dominion and power (Ephesians 1:19-23).

Paul is saying that just as Jesus was raised from the dead and is alive, so too are we who are in Christ raised from the dead and alive. Glory to God our Father, we share in all of Christ’s victory and authority. Thank you Jesus!

Paul goes on to describe how ALL OF US were in the past – “WE WERE DEAD IN TRESPASSES AND SINS.” Because we were dead, we lost communication with God. There was a separation. Just as there is separation of the spirit from the body in physical death (James 2:26), so a separation occurred between God and man in spiritual death. We were no longer able to fellowship with God. There was a loss of spiritual life (Ephesians 4:18) and communion with God.

TRUTH - This separation took place in the spirit and resulted in death being passed on to the soul and physical body. The “dead” human spirit of a lost person still functions; it just functions independently of God.

TRUTH - The lost human spirit is actually united to Satan. As a result, man is by nature the “CHILDREN OF WRATH” (Ephesians 2:3).

Saints, even as Adam and Eve experienced a spiritual death when they disobeyed God, we too experience spiritual death when we disobey God. SPIRITUAL DEATH RESULTS IN EMOTIONAL MISERY ALL OF OUR DAYS, and eventually physical death transpires.

TRUTH – Death starts in the spirit and eventually manifests itself in the physical.

Likewise Saints, our new life takes place in the spirit and eventually manifests itself in the physical, proportional to how much we renew our minds (Romans 12:2). Yes Lord!

Good Friday Saints, Shalom … TRUTH: - It is a sad testimony, BUT TRUE, few Believers actually exercise authority of Satan.

THE BLESSINGS OF REDEMPTION, I-11
Ephesians 1:22-23 says, “And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, which is his body, the fullness of him that fills all in all.”

We, as the Body of Christ, are the ones responsible for enforcing Christ’s victory over the devil until He returns and completes the job perfectly.

The Lord has not totally enforced His victory over Satan through His second coming and the establishment of His physical kingdom on earth, because He is patiently waiting for others to receive His salvation (2 Peter 3:9). However, it is the Will of God and His command for His FOLLOWERS to exercise authority over Satan. Yes Lord!

TRUTH - It is a sad testimony, BUT TRUE, few Believers actually exercise authority of Satan. As a result, a conquered enemy is causing much misery because God’s people do not subdue Him.

Saints, WE, as the Body of Christ, are the ones responsible for enforcing Jesus’ victory over the devil until He returns and completes the job perfectly. Therefore, we are the ones who are guilty of allowing Satan, a conquered foe, to run free.

Some might say, “But we can’t stop the devil.” That’s not true. Jesus gave us His authority and power (Matthew 28:18-20), and He now lives through us (Galatians 2:20). IF we would believe, we could see the same things happen through us that Jesus saw in His physical ministry (John 14:12). Help us Lord Jesus, Help our UNBELIEF!

GLORY TO GOD - Jesus has already fought the devil and defeated him totally. There is no contest directly between God and the devil. Satan can only function because WE give him the authority in our lives.

KNOW THIS – Saints, there is no excuse for TRUE Believers to allow Satan to destroy our lives. WE HAVE AUTHORITY OVER ALL THE POWER OF THE ENEMY (Luke 10:19). YES LORD, IN JESUS NAME, Amen!
