Let’s be honest… sometimes what we see looks NOTHING like what God promised. But this past Sunday, Pastor Reggie Green from asked, “Are we going to live by what we see, or by what God’s Word says?” Faith doesn’t deny the battle, it just refuses to give the battle the final word!

God has already given us great and precious promises. Our job is to respond by continuing to believe, to keep growing, obeying, and moving forward in Faith. What you see may be loud… but God’s Word is louder.

Don’t let your circumstances talk you out of your promise. God said what He said. Be encouraged in His calling and let us know how we can pray you through His promises this week!

Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us that God has a plan for us and it’s one filled with hope and a future. Here’s the beautiful part: Kingdom family isn’t limited to the family you were born into, married into, or built at home. We are part of God’s family. ❤️

Kingdom families start with Kingdom foundations! It’s as simple as faith, love, grace, forgiveness, and Jesus at the center. So whether your house is full, quiet, complicated, or you’re still praying for the family you dream of, you have a place at God’s table. You’re not left out because you belong to the Kingdom of God… you belong to Jesus.
And God is still writing your story.

“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD…” Jeremiah 29:11

A new school year is starting, and as we send our kids back into the classrooms, we want to cover them in prayer. This Sunday, we’ll be praying for our students from elementary school all the way through college, along with every teacher, administrator, and school staff member.

But this Sunday is bigger than back to school. It’s for all of us. Whatever you’re walking into in this season, there’s something powerful about coming together as a church family, worshiping, praying, and bringing it all before the Lord.

Come join us this Sunday at 11 AM at Calvary Light.

Let’s pray over our children, over the school staff, over our schools and let’s pray over one another. There is no better way to step into a new season than covered in prayer. See you soon!
