He is Risen! ✝️💜

Today we celebrate the sacrifice… and the victory. Jesus didn’t just die — He got up with ALL power.

And that same resurrection power?
It’s available to you.

What looks dead in your life is not beyond God’s reach.
Life, hope, and restoration are still possible.

Because He lives… you too can rise. 🙌🏽

Come celebrate with us this morning @ 10:45 AM — New Hope MBC Wilmington 1425 Sanford Ave., Wilmington, CA💜

Happy Monday, Family! 💜

I just want to take a moment to say Thank You to our New Hope MBC Wilmington family for celebrating Pastor Daniel Williams and I so beautifully yesterday for our 7-year Pastoral Anniversary.

We are truly humbled and grateful to everyone who played a part in making the day so special—it meant more to us than words can fully express. A very special thank you to Pastor Leo & Lady Kim Thomas and the entire Mount Sinai Baptist Church family for your love, your presence, and for pouring into us the way that you did. We are incredibly honored and blessed by you all.

As I shared in my remarks… in Scripture, the number 7 represents completion and divine perfection. And when I look back over these seven years, I can clearly see the faithfulness of God in every season—through every stretch, every lesson, and every victory —Not because we have been perfect… but because He has been perfect in all His ways.

It has been an absolute honor to serve, grow, and walk alongside such an incredible church family. Thank you for loving us, praying for us, and standing with us. We don’t take it for granted… and if these seven years are any indication, we truly believe the best is yet to come. 🙌🏽

With love and gratitude,
Lady T.💜

Good morning Beautiful Sisters of New Hope MBC Wilmington 💜

There’s a verse in Psalm 119 that hit me differently this morning:

“If your law had not been my delight, I would have perished in my affliction.”
— Psalm 119:92

Whew…😮‍💨 I felt that. Because I’ve lived it.

When I reflect back on the season in my life that was so heavy, so layered with loss and grief — legal battles, divorce, the death of my father, and soon after, the devastating loss of my beautiful daughter, Brittany 💔…
It was a time where I could barely breathe, let alone see the light at the end of the tunnel.

And yet… the Word of God held me.

🎧 I listened to it preached day and night.
🎶 I heard it sung in worship songs that became lifelines.
🙏🏽 I prayed it with my sisters during those long, weary days.
📖 I even went back to school to study it more deeply, pursuing my degree in Biblical Studies — not just for head knowledge, but because I needed its truth to anchor my soul!

And now, I can truly say like David:
“If Your Word hadn’t been my delight Lord, I wouldn’t have made it.”

This is why I believe in studying God’s Word together. It’s not just a routine — it’s a refuge. It’s a source of strength when life shakes us. And it’s where we find joy even in sorrow.

💜 Ladies, I want to personally invite you to join us this Saturday for our JEWELS Women’s Bible Study. We gather, we learn, we grow… and we remind each other that we are not alone in the storms.

All ladies are welcome — bring a friend!

Come study with us. Come be encouraged. Come let the Word do what it does best — restore, renew, and rejoice over you!

With love,
Lady T. 💜

Good morning New Hope Family 💜

Lately, both Pastor and I have spoken with and prayed for quite a few of you going through tough seasons — illness, loss, change, uncertainty, or just waiting on God to move. And this morning’s devotional really resonated bringing me straight to Philippians 4:4:

“Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!”

Now that sounds simple enough… until life hits hard. 😮‍💨 But here’s what really stood out: Paul wrote these words while under arrest, chained up in a Roman prison. Even in that place, he was encouraging others to hold onto joy — not based on circumstance, but rooted in the Lord.

Here’s what I know:

✨ Joy isn’t about ignoring the pain.
✨ It’s not pretending everything is fine.
✨ It’s anchoring yourself in the truth that God is still good, still present, and still working — even when it doesn’t feel like it.

So how do we rejoice always, even in hard seasons?

➡️Start by remembering what God has already brought you through.
➡️Pray with thanksgiving — even for the little things.
➡️Reflect on His goodness — even when things around you aren’t good.

Even in pain, we can choose joy — because God has never left us. And nothing can separate us from His love. 💜

So, if this season feels heavy my friend, know that you are not alone. There’s still a reason to rejoice — and peace is waiting for you on the other side of your praise.

Love y’all. Let’s keep lifting one another up this week. 💪🏽 Lady T.💜
