Grief doesn't follow a schedule, and it doesn't disappear when the casseroles stop arriving.

Starting Monday, September 14, we're beginning GriefShare, a 13-week support group for anyone carrying the loss of someone they love. Each week begins with a short video featuring counselors and people who've walked this road themselves, followed by honest conversation with others who understand. No one will ever push you to share more than you want to.

It's for the newly grieving and for those who lost someone years ago and still feel it. It meets Mondays at 7:00 PM, in person or online, and it's free to attend. If you're able, we'd gently encourage online folks to come to that first Monday in person, just to meet everyone.

If someone you love is grieving, share this with them. And if that someone is you, you're welcome here.
