Not every season of faith feels like victory, but it's faith that carries us through!

Last Sunday, we looked at the story of Elijah in 1 Kings 18 and 19: the same prophet who called fire down from heaven and witnessed one of the greatest miracles in scripture, fleeing in fear just days later, ready to give up under a broom tree. It's a reminder that even the most spiritual among us face seasons of discouragement, and that doesn't make us any less faithful.

There’s nothing like our family filling the room!

We love seeing our little ones worshipping and praying next to their parents, and this last Sunday was even more special as we prayed as a church family over this new school year, asking God to bless every student, teacher, administrator, and parent walking into it.

We also celebrated as one, hearing testimonies from our missionary teams who served in Peru, Italy, and Romania this summer (puppet show and all!). Thank you to everyone who gave, fundraised, or prayed over our missionaries.

And what a joy it was to also celebrate members who chose to leave their old selves behind and be baptized in the water!
