Catholics around the country will be joining together from June 3-11 to pray a Novena to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, which will conclude with the consecration of the United States to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

Saturday evening, Fr. David also celebrated our last 4 First Communions for this year. And Bishop Noonan blessed all the areas of our newly renovated church building. It was a busy and blessed weekend for our parish community!

Yesterday, Bishop Noonan celebrated the Sacrament of Confirmation with 30 of our parish teens and adults. Congratulations to all those who were Confirmed! Thank you to all those who assisted with the liturgy - our altar servers, liturgical ministers, and choir. Thank you to all who assisted in preparing these young people for this day - the catechists, sponsors, parents, and families. Thank you to all the parishioners who have been praying for each young person, by name, for the past year. Please continue to pray for all these young people and adults as they continue on their faith journeys. Come Holy Spirit!

In honor of the 250th anniversary of the United States, the U.S. Bishops will consecrate our nation to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. In celebration of this special occasion, Bishop John Noonan invites all the faithful to a special Mass on Friday, June 12, at 7:00 PM at St. James Cathedral, where he will consecrate the Diocese of Orlando to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

Following Mass, the Servants of the Pierced Hearts of Jesus and Mary will lead Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament until 11:00 PM.

All are welcome to attend this beautiful evening of prayer and devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

Bishop Noonan will be here at Nativity this Saturday for the 4:00pm Mass to celebrate the Sacrament of Confirmation. Please pray for thirty teens and adults from our parish who will be Confirmed this weekend.

Satisfy your sweet tooth and stop by the Bake Sale outside the church after all the Masses this weekend! Get a sweet treat and help support our Nativity youth who are working to raise the rest of the money for their mission trip to Georgia in two weeks.

Thank you to all our parish families who joined us to celebrate the last day of school! We enjoyed delicious ice cream sundaes, fun board games, and time together as a parish family. Great way to kick off the summer!
