Urgent prayers needed around the deadly chemical implosion at Nippon this morning. Please join us from wherever you are!

God of grace, you are with all who suffer. Tend those being treated for injuries - give them strength and hope. Bless, energize, and work miracles through the medical staff involved in their care. Protect and aid emergency crews on the scene. Comfort the families of those who have died. Be with all who now live with the aftermath of an unspeakable tragedy. Raise up help in all ways through the people of our community. In Christ's name, amen.

We warmly invite you to join us for a very special morning of worship, music, and fellowship at Stella Lutheran Chapel.

Our Handbell Choir will be celebrating 39 years of music ministry, sharing the gift of music with our church family and community. We are also honored to welcome special music by Roylan and Debbie Messinger.

Sunday Service, May 17 at 10:00 a.m.

This Sunday’s message reminds us how Jesus prepares the disciples to be united as one people through the Holy Spirit.

This special service will also serve as our Choir Finale Fundraiser, helping us maintain our handbell equipment and continue purchasing music for this meaningful ministry.

Your encouragement, prayers, and support through the years have meant so much to us. We hope you will join us for this special morning of worship and celebration.

On Wednesday afternoon I went to the chapel to work on some projects—God had other plans. This encounter inspired me to photograph and journal.

God called me to be in the moment, to slow down and be in His presence. I’m so grateful for moments like this where I’m captured by all the beauty, wonderment and creation around us.

I hope you enjoy the pictures. Hope you can make to church on Sunday to see for yourselves.
