More incredible moments from Honduras! ❤️
Yesterday, our team traveled to the city of Omoa, where Via Love partners with a local school to invest in and encourage children in the community. One of the most meaningful moments of the day was visiting a team member’s sponsored child - a powerful reminder of the personal impact that sponsorship can have on a child’s life. The team also led a fun program filled with games, laughter, and connection with the students.
Later, they had the opportunity to serve alongside the Villa Love feeding program in Las Vegas, a community located within the city dump. Despite the difficult circumstances many families face, the children there are full of joy, resilience, and hope. Villa Love faithfully provides meals for these students before and after school each day, meeting practical needs while reminding them that they are seen, valued, and deeply loved.
To end the day, the team hosted a youth service for junior high and high school students, creating space to connect, encourage, and spend time with the next generation.
