πŸ™ Shin Buddhism offers a different starting point: you are already held. The nembutsu β€” Namo Amida Butsu β€” isn't a performance of worthiness. It's an expression of gratitude for being accepted just as we are, imperfect and all.

πŸ™ Practice Tip: Sometime today, say or silently think Namo Amida Butsu β€” not as a request, but as a simple thank you. See how that feels.
