SEPTEMBER 6TH ANNOUNCEMENTS:

1) Our annual All-Church Picnic is next weekend! Please join us at Faith Community on Sunday, September 13th at noon.

2) Saturday evening services start up again on September 19th at 5:30 PM.

3) FCLC active duty military, veterans, and their immediate families, are welcome to join us for our 15th annual veterans lunch. Please save the date for Sunday, November 8th from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM.

The beauty of God SHINES through these kids and students ✨

During one week in July, Kids Adventure Camp, Adventure Camp Jr., AND Colorado Local Mission all happened at the same time! Here’s how it worked:

FC Students helped lead Kids Adventure Camp (elementary kids) and Adventure Camp Jr. (3-5 year olds) every day until the late afternoon. Then, after all the kids went home, the students stayed for their own fun and service projects that they accomplished every evening.

It was an EXHAUSTING week, but also a week filled with so much JOY 💗

Many of us are grieving the loss of Dolly Parton. What a gem of a human being! Her optimism, empathy, and heart for humanity will be missed here on earth.

The “Queen of Country” was very open about her faith and love for Jesus. She often mentioned how we’re not supposed to judge others; we’re supposed to love them.

Her legacy will live on through her music (she composed more than 3,000 songs), and through her nonprofit, Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library—a book gifting program that mails free, high-quality books to children from birth to age five, no matter their family’s income. Thank you, sweet Dolly!

AUGUST 23rd ANNOUNCEMENTS

1) Because 25% of every dollar goes to outreach, over a quarter of a million dollars was donated back into our local community, or sent out nationally and internationally in 2025 to meet critical needs and spread the gospel. Learn more at fclc.org/outreach

2) Join us on Sunday, August 30th for a special summer recap service where we share through video and testimony all the great things God has been doing in the lives of our youth throughout the summer months.
