Produce give away at Nighbert Mem UMC in Logan this day, Aug 18, 2026, from 10-2pm. Produce was given to all who dropped by from Facing Hunger and we thank them for this and being with us. As well we High Mark support providing assistance to thise with questions. Additional support service irgs were present along Girl Scouts. Thanks to the New Beginnings team and our dedicated church support volunteers and staff.

Power was restored to church about 9:00 am today. Wires broken on poll and there is a need to do ither work later by AEP.

Low voltage power at bldg today due to storm. Waiting on AEP and will check later this afternoon. With this type of outage it is not safe to be there. Bldg is closed. Walt will drop off items and leave. Once we have all clear or power back on freezers and fridges will need a check for potential thawing.
