Happy Ordination Anniversary to Cardinal Joseph W. Tobin, C.Ss.R., who was ordained to the priesthood on this day in 1978.

We thank God for Cardinal Tobin's 48 years of priestly ministry. From Detroit to Chicago, Rome to Indianapolis and now Newark, we are blessed by his leadership in our local diocese and the global Church.

Our parish is still seeking Eucharistic Ministers for the Sick and Homebound.

For many of those we visit, receiving Holy Communion is the highlight of their week—a reminder that they remain connected to Christ and to their parish family.

This ministry is more than delivering the Eucharist. It's bringing prayer, presence, and the comfort of knowing they are not forgotten.

🇺🇸 Memorial Day 🇺🇸

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

Their sacrifice is a reminder of the cost of freedom and the depth of love that calls one to lay down their life for others.

As a parish community, we hold them and their families in our prayers, asking God to grant them eternal rest and peace.

“Greater love has no one than this, to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” (John 15:13)

May we never forget.
