We would like to introduce our first dunk tank participant for our SUMMER KICKOFF FESTIVAL-

Merissa Plummer has been teaching Bible classes through Coastal School Ministries to the students at North Myrtle Beach Middle School for 4 years. Coastal School Ministries is Released Time Bible Education with the goal of making God's Word and prayer part of every public school day. Merissa has been married to her husband Randy for 25 years, and they have 3 children. She enjoys building relationships with students and teaching them God's Word.

Merissa will be in our dunk tank from 11:15am-11:45am
Visitors will have the opportunity to purchase tickets and attempt to dunk Mrs.Plummer, or purchase a “slam dunk” ticket allowing you to walk directly up to the dunk tank and simply push the button.
All proceeds go directly to Coastal school ministries

Join us this Saturday, June 6, from 11 AM until 3 PM for free family fun!

Tonight, our North Strand Youth and Young Adults came together for an Operation Christmas Child Packing Party. Pastor Dana Brittain led us in a brief lesson on what OCC is all about, along with an interview with Maria, a fellow member of North Strand Community Church who once received her very own shoe box amid her childhood in Peru.
The two groups, with a little friendly competition, were able to pack a total of 361 shoe boxes in the matter of one hour ! This is a record number for NSCC.
Every shoe box was prayed over for the child who will later receive it.
We thank you to all of the volunteers who orchestrated this event.

It was an honor and joy to baptize two lifelong friends and one of their friends today. Janet, Vicki, and Christine thank you for your obedience to Christ and loving God with your whole heart. Dana and I are so blessed to be a part this special day.
