What an amazing day in the House!!

From a beautiful time of worship, to hearing from Mary Williams about Operation Christmas Child, to celebrating the Bethels and the opportunity we have to partner with what God is doing through them in Spain—it was one of those Sundays that reminded us just how special it is to be part of the family of God.

And then we got to linger a little longer after church for lunch, Q&A, and a sweet time of prayer over the Bethels as they continue to serve the Lord faithfully.

So grateful for a church that worships together, serves together, prays together, and wants to be part of what God is doing—right here in our neighborhood and around the world. 🌎

John Remaley Jr. was 1 of the 3 founding members of our Saturday morning prayer group. For over a year the 3 of us would simply pray for an hour each Saturday morning and then we watched as the Lord organically grew this group into the large team of prayer warriors it is today.

This morning was John’s last prayer time with us before heading to JeJu South Korea for a year of Bible training prior to following the Lord’s leading to full time missions work in Japan. We presented him with a Schuyler Bible filled with our prayers, notes, & favorite Bible verses.

His last Sunday will be September 6. You’ll want to be there as we commission him as a missionary and commend him to steward the ministry given to him by the Lord!

John has been a vital part of our leadership at The Bridge and we are sad to see him leave but we rejoice in knowing that he is walking in obedience to the Lord!
