Today our mission team had the privilege of partnering with Christina Harding Joshua D Harding and Aspen Grove Bible Church as they kicked off their Summer Skills Camp for children in the community.
Around 70 kids joined us for a day filled with learning, laughter, and relationships. Throughout the day kids participated in a variety of activities including soccer, basketball, gardening, rockets, music, and more, all led by volunteers from three different teams!
One of the highlights of the day was the opportunity to open God’s Word. Pastor Aaron was able to teach a Bible lesson and clearly share the gospel with the children, pointing them to the hope found in Jesus Christ.
After a full day of ministry, our team wrapped up the evening with a hike to Battle Creek Falls, enjoying God’s beautiful creation and spending time together as a team.
