September 2025 RM Devotional Reunion.

Our hearts are so full! During our 3 years in the Utah Orem Mission we estimate that we served with over 1500 missionaries - teaching, service and senior couples! We love them!!! They are the blessings that keep on giving every single day. What a joy it was to reunite with so many of them, in person and on zoom! We were sad to complete our missionary service over a year ago... but a wise leader told us that we 'would never be released because our missionaries would never let us go. I am thankful everyday for their love and the amazing friends that they are to us!! -2024

What a joy to be reunited with over 200 of our Utah Orem Missioanries. We were overwhelmed with love for them, and from them. How we love all the missionaries we served with over the past 3 years!

Here is Presidents message:
President Nelson has promised, “Every sincere seeker of Jesus Christ will find Him in the temple. You will feel His mercy. You will find answers to your most vexing questions. You will better comprehend the joy of His gospel.”
Every teaching, ordinance and covenant we make in the temple brings us closer to Christ and reveals Him to us. The sacred signs that we receive in the temple remind us of His obedience, humility, power and advocacy. We are invited to live the same and come to God through Christ. The sacred tokens remind us that He sacrificed His physical body for each of us. We are taught that He is Creator, Exemplar, Redeemer, and Light and invited to covenant to become like Him. In remembrance of Him, we are given the sacred garment. The garment represents His Atonement for us as it covers us and reminds us that it is through Him that we enter God’s presence.
President Nelson has also invited us to “Come unto Christ and offer your whole soul to Him. This is the secret to a life of joy!”
We invite you to come to the temple as often as you can and find Christ there. Give your whole soul and you will find joy in your life.

Days Not to be Forgotten! Elders and Sisters and Utah friends! President Evanson and I have reflected on the blessings that the Lord so willing gives... and all we can say about our mission experience is that "these are days not to be forgotten." Serving in the Utah Orem Mission was one of the greatest experiences of our lives. It was a mountain to climb.... But what do we see at the top of the mountain? More mountains to climb!!!!
We send everyone our love! We are striving to adjust to 'real' life and know that the Lord is in the details! We are thankful for each of you and your discipleship and desire to do the great work of the Lord! The work of the Lord is moving forward 'like never before!'
