St. Luke Church Lexington Join us on Sundays at 8:20am & 11:00am (traditional), 9:30am (contemporary) and 1:00pm (Swahili) Music is a forte at our church.

Our church is filled with warm, caring, and committed followers of Christ. Though a large church (averaging 650 people in attendance on Sunday mornings) you can meet new friends here through our numerous small group opportunities. We are a focused body of Christians seeking to be faithful Christ-followers and biblically centered in God's word. We present a contemporary mix of traditional hymns, praise music, numerous choirs, instrumentalists, vocalists, and drama teams.

The St. Luke Homemade Holiday Market is almost here (Friday, November 6 and Saturday, November 7), and we need a few more helping hands!

Still needed on Saturday, November 7:
- Roving assistance / booth sitters, 8–10 am: 1 volunteer
- Roving assistance / booth sitters, 12–2 pm: 2 volunteers

Rovers give vendors a quick break so they can grab a coffee or stretch their legs.

Other ways to help:
Vendor set-up, Friday, November 6, 7–9 pm: Set up tables and chairs in each booth and help vendors unload. We need at least 3 volunteers.

St. Luke Welcome & Information Table, Saturday, 8–10 am, 10 am–12 pm and 12–3 pm: 2 volunteers per shift. In the first hour, you’ll check in vendors and point them to their booths. After that, you’ll welcome guests and share information about the market and St. Luke. (The fair ends at 3, so the last shift may wrap up early.)

Take down, Saturday, 3–4 pm: Help vendors load out, stack chairs and return tables to classrooms. We need 3 or more volunteers.

Can you help? Email [email protected] with the shift you’d like, and thank you for serving!

Today, our pastors and staff were treated to a special appreciation luncheon, hosted by the Staff-Parish Relations Team.

To every pastor and staff member at St. Luke: thank you. Thank you for the way you teach, pray, plan, set up, tear down, answer the phone, lock the doors, and care for this congregation week in and week out. Your faithful, often unseen work is a gift to our church family and to Lexington.

A big thank you to our SPR Team for putting together such a thoughtful and delicious celebration.

And to our congregation: thank you for the outpouring of love and support you have shown our pastors and staff this month. The cards, notes, gifts, and kind words have meant more than you know. October is Pastor and Staff Appreciation Month, and you have made it a joy to celebrate the people who serve among us.

We're so grateful for you all.

October is Pastor and Staff Appreciation Month, and the Staff-Parish Relations Committee invites you to help us celebrate the people who serve St. Luke so faithfully.

Has a pastor or staff member encouraged you, cared for your family, supported you through a difficult season, or made a difference in your life? During the remaining days of October, consider sharing your appreciation through a card, a personal note, a small gift, or a few meaningful words of encouragement.

Baskets are available in the Welcome Center, or you may place your card or gift in the SPR mailbox.

Let’s take this opportunity to remind our pastors and staff how much we value their dedication, care, and faithful ministry among us.

With gratitude,
The Staff-Parish Relations Committee
