🧡WOMAN, YOU ARE LOOSED!🧡

Hello Beautiful and A Very Blessed Week! This morning as I reached for my deliciously frothed coffee, while enjoying the light scent of the peppermint bark candle that was near, I opened my Sword of the Spirit and was deeply moved by one of the most beautiful accounts of healing in Scripture found in Luke 13:10-13.

Here was a woman like you and me.

And this woman desperately needed to experience freedom from that which had kept her bound and bent over for eighteen long, painful years. And the Bible says she could in no way raise herself up…

This precious woman was in need of a Redeemer who could save her from that which had kept her bound and confined for all of those years. A Redeemer, who by the power of His words, could instantly change her world for the better and give her new life. A Redeemer who could make that which was crooked straight...

And we will see below that Luke, the beloved physician, the one who would understand the dire need of this situation and the medical attention this woman needed would so beautifully pen this life-changing encounter between the Lord, the Great Physician, and this bound woman...

Luke 13:10-13, “10 Now He (Jesus) was teaching in one of the synagogues on the Sabbath. 11 And behold, there was a woman who had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bent over and could in no way raise herself up. 12 But when Jesus saw her, He called her to Him and said to her, “Woman, you are loosed from your infirmity.” 13 And He laid His hands on her, and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God.”

What a glorious day that must have been that was forever penned in Scripture. Here this woman who had been bound by a spirit of infirmity, was in the synagogue… a place of worship, listening to Jesus teach…

Could you imagine what it must have sounded like to hear the Living Word speak the written Word. And Jesus who is Omniscient, All-Knowing, knew this bent over woman was there and also knew what was keeping her bound and bent over. Not only did He have full knowledge of all the aspects and source of this tormenting bo***ge, He was able to do something about it! So verse twelve says He SAW HER and CALLED HER TO HIMSELF…

Oh Darlin’ do you see? Here is a woman who all those years was unseen and unheard. Dismissed. Disapproved of. Rejected. Not able to hide something that was unsightly but was on full display for all to see. Not able to raise herself up from this debilitating ailment.

But now she was seen by the One who could forever change her life. The One who Matthew 8:17 states “He Himself TOOK our illnesses and CARRIED AWAY our diseases.” For the Healer was in the church house that day...

I could only imagine the second He gazed at her… And a glimmer of hope arose in her heart… Knowing that the Great Physician who has ALL authority over every known and unknown disease to man and over all demonic oppression was about to do what He specializes in...

Redeem.
Heal.
Restore Peace.
Liberate.

Then Jesus said five words that ring true throughout history and time, and are written in eternity through Scripture… Words that were true then and are still true today…

JESUS SAID, "WOMAN, YOU ARE LOOSED…"

Loosed from your infirmity. And then Jesus laid hands on her, and IMMEDIATELY she was made straight, and glorified God!

I wonder if all of the sudden the world seemed brighter to her. A woman who was bent over with limited vision only seeing the ground could now see up enjoying the beauty of the clear blue sky. A woman who was once disfigured could now stand up straight with perfect poise and posture and look straight into her Savior’s eyes... Taking deep unhindered breaths as air now could fully fill her lungs.

Oh Beautiful One, do you see that Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever? He still saves. He still heals. He still delivers. He still sets the captives free.

Whatever has kept you bound emotionally, physically, relationally... and bent over... He can RIGHT NOW set you free! And you can walk free like this precious woman did. For He who the Son sets free is free indeed.

Heavenly Father I thank you that Jesus has come to set the captives free. Right now I believe His Word and receive what His Word has already accomplished. Thank you for loosing me from (fill in the blank) and healing me so I walk free with great joy and peace. In Jesus Mighty Name, Amen.

You are greatly loved and adored. Woman You Are Loosed! Hallelujah!👑

🧡Create Sacred Moments Each Morning!🧡

Hello Beautiful and A Very Blessed Week! As I made a gentle entry into the kitchen this morning, in hopes of making a deliciously frothed coffee… I could not wait to turn on our gas fireplace and enjoy the warmth and beautiful ambiance it brings… for Fall has now officially graced Texas, and brought with it the much anticipated cooler temperatures. So with coffee, Bible and iPad in tow, I sat on our couch and watched as Harvest enjoys the warmth of the fireplace too.

Mornings are so very special in our house, for it is when Bear (aka Brad) and I spend quality uninterrupted time with the Lord… Enjoying reading the Word while sipping on our coffee… And allowing the Word of God to speak to us. And then we look forward to a special time in prayer. For as long as we have been married, we have enjoyed our morning routine and cherished it as the most important part of our day, which we hold near and dear to our hearts. And we find great peace in knowing we are covering each other, loved ones, our country and it’s leaders, and the good works He has called us to in prayer.

Beautiful One, may I encourage you?

If you do not already, make your mornings with Him so very special… A time with you and the Lord that you look forward to. Set your alarm clock earlier, so you don’t have to rush and can spend quality time with Him. Have your coffee ingredients ready to go… Your Bible already waiting for you in a quiet uninterrupted room in your home where you will be reading the Word and praying. And train yourself to place your phone far from you as to not get distracted, so you can enjoy uninterrupted time with Him.

If you will make your morning time with our precious Lord something so very special that you honor, cherish and protect… I promise it will set your day the right way and you will feel confident as you venture out to start your day. You are greatly loved and adored. Create Sacred Moments Each Morning.♥️🍁

🧡Embrace New Opportunities: Cherish God Moments!🧡

Hello Beautiful & A Blessed New Week!
As I stepped out this morning and tried a NEW thing, a newfound recipe for healthy protein pumpkin muffins, I took a moment to recall to mind last weekend’s ministry trip to Ohio. And with every sip I took of my deliciously frothed coffee while watching those muffins begin to rise in the oven, I could sum up our 5 day adventure in five words…

Cherishing ALL the God Moments.

And on this special ministry trip, Bear and I were faced with ample God opportunities in five days to experience and Cherish those special God Moments, those Divine appointments and Divine connections, that came our way.

But we had a choice whether to give heed to the NEW opportunities presented, to say ‘YES!’ or to say, ‘Maybe next time.’ And Darlin’ I am so blessed to tell you we chose to say ‘YES!’ and to welcome all the unexpected blessings into our lives!

We said…
‘YES!’ to the invitation to come and be apart of a powerful ministry conference… And to enJOY meeting another seasoned evangelist and his beautiful wife, and to enJOY as we all ministered and cheered each other on in our God-given calls and giftings.

We said…
‘YES!’ to the invitation to meet our dear friends and their precious family, enJOYing sweet fellowship and a delicious Thai lunch in the quaint historic small town of Lebanon.

I said…
‘YES!’ to Bear’s invitation to get up early on Saturday morning and enJOY a drive through the country to his childhood hometown of Madeira and to enJOY hearing the stories and seeing the landmarks of his earlier years… And then I said ‘YES!’ to enjoying an outdoor lunch date with him at a new restaurant downtown, while enJOYing the cool crisp Fall weather.

I truly Cherished ALL the God Moments mentioned and the ones I have kept hidden near and dear to my heart that presented themselves.

Honey, life is full of Divine NEW opportunities, God Moments, that are designed to enhance our day and life. I encourage you to step out of your comfort zone and say, ‘YES!’ when an invitation comes your way! For you never know what NEW friendship may come into your life… What NEW memory you can make with that special someone… What NEW recipe you can enJOY if you would just try it.

A NEW season is upon you… Embrace the NEW Opportunities and Cherish ALL the God Moments! You are greatly Loved and Adored.♥️

Words cannot adequately describe this weekend at the EMPOWERED Conference. We are forever impacted. Thank you Pastors Don Young Cathy Young and Evangelist Leo and Beautiful Paula Price. Together we lifted up the Name of Jesus and enjoyed His presence. May we from this day forward “GO THEREFORE” in the empowerment of the Holy Spirit!🔥💗
