The fear of what others think can influence what we say, what we stay silent about, and even the choices we make. Proverbs 29:25 reminds us that living for people’s approval is a trap, but trusting in the Lord brings true security.

At the end of the day, we don’t need the approval of the world when we have the approval of God. 🙌

Jesus, with eyes like flames of fire, confronted a church that had grown comfortable with false teaching and moral compromise. The warning is just as urgent today: what we tolerate will eventually dominate. One generation tolerates sin, the next celebrates it, and the next does not even know it is sin.

True love is not giving a thumbs up to everything. True love speaks the Truth, as Jesus did with the woman caught in adultery, who he told to go and sin no more. Clarity is kindness, and God's Word gives us the standard to stand on.
