Sent Out Community Church, 11280 E. Lennon Road, Lennon, MI 48449 We are a family church with a love and compassion for all ages.

Children remain a very high priority in our teaching and in building for the future, but are also a very important part of the present. All of God’s family members from one day to over a hundred years are important in our church family. We remember and honor those who have already gone to heaven who sacrificed to give us our present place of worship and teaching. We celebrate every person we worship with every week. Most of all, we are glad we serve the never-changing God the Father, Jesus His Son and the precious Holy Spirit. In Matthew 9:36-38 it is written of Jesus, “When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd.” Then he said to his disciples, ‘The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.’”

At Sent Out, we are a story-sharing church! Here is Dave's story and baptism!

I had no spiritual direction before Amy. I was never against learning about God, but I lived in the shadow of her faith. At Faith Family, I found forgiveness in the cross of Christ and changed some of my behaviors, but still found myself unsure and unaware of my journey of faith.
Lately, I have been building my faith by growing my prayer life, being intentional with my FRANC’s, and reading the Word. During the Acts Bible Study, I found my place of faith in Jesus’ name. I now understand the Holy Spirit is present and active in my life!
Today I am becoming:
• more aware of the Holy Spirit’s leadership;
• authentic in all my relationships; and
• available to others in my community of faith for growth.

Join us for Dave baptism and story!

Pastor Dana had the privilege of baptizing Dave this morning! We’ll post the video of his story soon, but for now, enjoy the picture form! It’s always a great Sunday when someone gets wet! We also enjoyed a cook-in instead of out because of the weather to celebrate National Back to Church Sunday. Thankfully, Amy snapped some pics of the fun after church!
