As we prepare for Shavout we need to remember we have the power of YHWH'S Spirit within us. Go over all the scriptures that have the word power in it. Luke 5:17 the power of YHWH was present to heal them. Matthew 10:1 Yahshua gave them power against unclean spirits...
Mark 9:1 the kingdom of YHWH come with power...
Acts 1:8 you shall receive power after the set apart Spirit comes upon you.

Too many believers act like there powerless instead of being filled with power from the Most High.

Power in the scriptures can mean miracle working power or privilege, with authority, mastery, Depending on context. We are not powerless. The kingdom of YHWH comes with power, both now and in the future.

Corinthians 4:20 for the kingdom of YHWH is not in word only but in power and demonstrations...

YHWH'S kingdom is not just about teaching his words but about acts of power by the Set Apart Spirit thru you.

We are not powerless! We need to stop responding to things as if we are powerless, stop thinking/acting powerless. We are highly privileged to have YHWH'S Set Apart Spirit dwelling in us. May we all be prepared for YHWH'S Spirit and his full power this Shavout. HalleluYah

Shabbat shalom family! Genesis 1:2 says the earth CAME TO BE formless, empty and darkness was on the face of the waters... Notice the phrase CAME TO BE that means something previously existed, someone, some people's, some civilization. If a house came to be demolished, that means it had previously existed, people lived in it, it had a foundation, a roof, windows etc. King james and many modern translations change that verse to say something totally different. King james reads the earth was without form and void, but that's not what the hebrew says. The ISR version, Yahs scriptures and the HalleluYah scriptures says IT CAME TO BE, indicating something was there previous. In verse 27 man and woman were created and told to populate the earth, some form of man and woman then began. Genesis 2:1-2 reveals creation was completed and YHWH rested from his work, the Shabbat was established. Genesis 2:7 YHWH formed his covenant man Adam. This was after the 7th day sometime. These are different events. From whom did YHWH tell Adam to guard the garden against if there weren't other intruders in Genesis 2:7? Other people living on earth outside of Eden. Remember in Revelation there was a war and these messengers were kicked out, when and were did they go? Cain in Genesis 4 took a wife but all the translations have led us to believe was Adam's family of 4 were on the earth but were did he find his wife? From the people of Nod. They also built a city, you need lots of men to build a city by hand, also why build a city for just one family. A city reveals a large civilization of people. Why was Cain worried about others trying to kill him if there weren't other people or a civilization near by? Lemek took two wives, were did he find them? In the Land, territory, people of Nod? Who were these people? Were they the Ites? Nephalim? There off spring? One thing for sure they didn't serve YHWH? All of this builds a case that there was a civilization that came to be nothing, wiped out. Also there was life outside of Eden. Translations and translators just like they changed YHWH'S name for pagan titles also removed things from the Hebrew scriptures to keep us in the dark. Find a good restored names scriptures like the ISR version or Yahs scriptures or the HalleluYah scriptures. Enjoy your Shabbat!

Proverbs 4:20 My son, shem (listen) to my words; incline your ear to My sayings.

We cannot exchange reading the scriptures for listening/obeying YHWH'S words. This verse YHWH speaks to each of us. We are to be in a position to listen, hear and obey. If we are to busy with life we will not be able to hear/shema his words. Many read a few chapters but are you listening to his words/voice? Life comes from his words/voice. Develop the art of listening/shema to his words. Write down his words when he speaks, go over and over them. Study them. No were does the scriptures say to read the scriptures but it does say to listen to his words, it says to "Study to show yourself approved to YHWH". 2 Timothy 2:15. Chew on YHWH'S words, speak YHWH'S words, focus on YHWH'S words then they, YHWH'S words produces life. Notice no were does it say to focus on the cares of this life. But it does say "cast your cares upon YHWH". 1 Peter 5:7. Matthew 6:25-33. Says basically YHWH must be our priority, he must be first place in our lives. The more restoration you need, the more Word you need to shema/listen to. Just as a child eats little as a baby but as he grows he eats more and more. That is the way we need to be spiritually. What you did as a baby in YHWH was good for you then but now you can't survive off baby food, you need adult food. I was told this years ago by my pastor brother Mike, because I was spending a lot of time in devotionals or in the Torah portion "listen to YHWH'S Spirit", "learn to hear his voice, follow his leading not mans". Devotions are ok, reading the Torah portion is ok but it should NEVER TAKE THE PLACE OF YHWH'S VOICE/WORDS HE IS SPEAKING TO YOU. DEVELOP YOUR ABILITY TO SHEMA/LISTEN. You can't do this if your consumed with the cares of this life. As I am writing this I am listening and writing. These are not my thoughts/words. You too can do this. Do whatever you have to do to change, get less busy because your life depends on it. You never wanna hear at the end of your life that you are too busy to listen to YHWH'S instructions. Just saying.
