Treasures in heaven: Sometimes, promoting good police community relations with the community and a group of local pastors, even when coming out against gun violence, aligns you with the wrong folk and marks you for death in the view of the prince of the power of the air. But losing a house, successful career just when it was hitting peak earning power, nearly a marriage, and permanent loss of reputation and future earning power all pale in comparison to the work of Jesus Christ on the cross! Pastor Gary Hamrick at Cornerstone Chapel - Leesburg, VA taught us that our witness can help, encourage, or hinder others' knowledge of Christ. I would like to add one more thing: stir up those forces in opposition to God because it shines light on an ungodly, satanic agenda as Riley Gaines and Brooke Slusser are doing through the movement. Read Proverbs 6:16-19 and stand against darkness. What we permit, we condone. What we condone, we support. Stand firm against the schemes of Satan - Ephesians 6:12-13. Amen.
