A special thank you to the Miss Leesburg Scholarship Organization for serving alongside us—you were such a blessing!

🩵Yesterday at Worship On The Water, our volunteers showed up in freezing temperatures and strong winds with smiles on their faces and love in their hands. They served hot meals, gave out warm clothes and blankets, and offered kindness to every person who came through — and they did it all with such joy.

What a beautiful picture of Jesus’ love in action. Even in the cold, you chose compassion. Even in the wind, you chose joy. Even when it wasn’t easy, you chose to serve.

“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.” – 1 Peter 4:10

Thank you for braving the cold, loving boldly, and reminding our community what it truly means to be the Church. We are so thankful for every single one of you. 💙❄️🙌

✨ Thank You, Christmas On the Water Family ✨

Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude for every single person who came out to serve our community at Christmas on the Water. Because of you, the love of Jesus was shared through warm meals, kind smiles, helping hands, and genuine fellowship. 🎄❤️

You showed up with servant hearts, joyful spirits, and a willingness to love others well—and that is the true meaning of Christmas. You were the hands and feet of Christ, reminding our community that they are seen, valued, and deeply loved.

“Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.” — Matthew 25:40

Thank you for giving your time, energy, and love. Thank you for saying yes to serving. Thank you for making this Christmas brighter for so many.

🎄✨ TOYS FOR JOY – LET’S MAKE CHRISTMAS BRIGHT FOR LAKE COUNTY FOSTER KIDS ✨🎄
Friends… we need your hearts this Christmas. 💛
Every week, children in Lake County are removed from their homes and placed into the foster system — some as young as one month old, all the way up to 18 years old.
And heartbreakingly… many of them enter care with nothing but the clothes on their backs.
This Christmas, WOW Cares and SteppingStone Coalition are partnering together for Toys for Joy — an outreach to make sure every child entering the foster system during Christmas week receives gifts, clothes, toys, books, and a reminder that they are loved.
No child should experience Christmas empty-handed. ❤️
We want them to feel seen. We want them to feel valued. And we want them to know they matter.
🎁 How You Can Help:
We are collecting new, unwrapped gifts for children ages 1 month – 18 years old.
Every doll… every hoodie… every book… every toy… helps restore hope.

We are so thankful for our amazing volunteers—this event would not be possible without your time, energy, and heart. 💙

Worship on the Water happens every third Sunday of the month, and each gathering is a chance to live out our tagline: “Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.” (Psalm 150:6)

As a 100% nonprofit, we rely on the generosity of donations and the dedication of volunteers to keep this ministry thriving. Thank you for being part of what God is doing through Worship on the Water! 🌊🙌
