We will provide music for the Annual Conference worship services June 1st – 4th. The goal is 100+ voices, and ALL are welcome. Information about musical selections and rehearsals will be shared in the coming weeks. “There were no weeds in Eden. Even the thistle was loved by God.”

Come to Lebanon First United Methodist Church this Sunday, March 30th at 5:00PM to hear these words and others, written by the survivors at the Magdalene House, a part of Thistle Farms Ministries.

LFUMC choir and the MTSU Wind Ensemble will premier Magdalene: A Cantata, featuring a special narrator from Thistle Farms. There will be other music, and this event is to support Thistle Farms and their ministries as well as Rest Stop Ministires (a similar non-profit).

Thistle Farms is a non-profit social enterprise dedicated to helping women survivors recover from prostitution, trafficking, and addiction. Thistle Farms provides survivors a safe place to live, a meaningful job, and a lifelong sisterhood of support.

Please join us, and receive what God has to offer us through word, prayer and music. 💗
