LifePoint Lebanon We are here to glorify God and love as many people to Jesus as we can before we die. Period. We believe in the power of relationships.
(1)

We are a body of believers who are deeply committed to following the Great Commission (Matt 28:19-20) and the Great Command (Luke 10:27). This informs everything we do currently and frames how we plan on working to the future. Our Mission and our Directions help guide us to how best to accomplish this. OUR MISSION:

We are here to glorify God and love as many people to Jesus as we can before we die. God's two greatest gifts are relationship, the first being relationship with Jesus Christ by which find real Life (John 14:6), gain Salvation, and take the first steps in becoming more like Him and second are the relationships God gives us with each other where the full impact of our relationship with Christ is realized as we love God by loving others. OUR DIRECTIONS:

Our directions are the specific ways we hope to accomplish our mission. LifePoints endeavors to accomplish this by directing people:

Upward - through lifting our hearts in worship. Worship through song is a huge part of our worship services, but worship is so much more than music! Worship is everything we do as believers, at LifePoint we want every aspect of our lives to honor God as we walk in relationship with Him. Inward - through building authentic relationships. Relationships are a vital part of the Christian life, at LifePoint we want to build deeply connected authentic relationships by sharing life with each other, the high and low points and everything in between. Our small groups are one of the primary ways we go about building these relationships. Outward - through serving those in need. We live in a world that is full of needy people, many of them right here in our backyard as well as in other parts of the world. Part of sharing our faith is working to meet the real needs that people face so that we may have the opportunity to speak to their spiritual needs as well. That is why we maintain a food pantry, plan service projects, and raise money above and beyond tithe. By doing so we have been able to have impact on both those close to home and abroad. Downward - through being rooted in discipleship. We believe that solid discipleship through spiritual disciplines, prayer, Bible teaching, theological instruction, and daily walking in relationship with God is necessary to grow in spiritual maturity. We are called to an active and alive faith where we passionately pursue Christ as King in every aspect of our lives. Forward - through sharing and embracing the hope we have in Jesus Christ and by honoring the rich heritage we have in the Christian faith. We make no bones about it, we want to point everyone to Life in Jesus Christ. We do that by sharing our own experiences about how God has worked and moved in our lives, and by continuing to hold to that hope in the trials that are to come. Part of that is done by honoring the rich heritage we have in Christian faith by looking back at our past while simultaneously leaning into the future.

We want to keep celebrating our amazing pastors here at LifePoint as the month of Pastor Appreciation comes to a close!

Today we're celebrating our youth pastor, Pastor Ryder Rhoades! 🎊

Pastor Ryder brings so much life to our church family and staff! He is full of wisdom, knowledge, and deep love not only for the Lord, but for others. We are so thankful for the ways he calls us to a greater level of obedience and understanding of God's Word. He unashamedly and boldly preaches the truth of God's Word, passionately loves our people, and models a life formed by surrender. He brings so much joy and fun to our church, and we are so thankful God has called him to Pastor and lead us!

Let's let him know how thankful we are for him below! 👇🏼

Across our community, pastors and churches have united to speak about the heart of God and His desire to protect life with regard to the issues found in Amendment 3.

As the Church, we are called to seek truth, stand in love, and reflect the heart of our Creator in the way we care for the most vulnerable among us.

We invite you to hear their hearts, consider the convictions behind their message, and join the conversation surrounding Amendment 3 in Missouri to protect children, women, and families.

“For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb.” — Psalm 139:13

While the month of Pastor Appreciation may be coming to an end this week, we want to make sure our pastors feel loved, supported, and appreciated all year long! It's not too late to write them a note, card, or send a gift to tell them just how much you love them. You can drop it off in the baskets outside our sanctuary doors any time.

Today we celebrate our worship pastor, Pastor Ethan Jones! 🎉

Pastor Ethan is an incredible gift to our church family! Not only does he usher us into God's presence each week through worship, he is an incredible pastor, disciples, leader, and friend! We love him more than he loves Chevy S10 engines and plaid button ups (which is a lot). He shows us every week what true faithfulness and obedience to the Lord looks like as he pours his heart into God's Kingdom and God's people. He carries a deep wisdom, loves fiercely, and unashamedly calls us to greater and greater depths of consecration. It is such a privilege to have him shepherd us and to see God use him!

Let's let him know just how much we appreciate and love him in the comments below! 👇🏼
