On October 22, 1960, Reverend Joseph S. Murphy organized the church under our original name, Leavittsburg Church of God. He and his wife Sally along with eight other members and their children began meeting in a storefront building located at the Center of the World on Routes 5 & 82.

Today we're celebrating the faithfulness of God and 66 years of Reaching Others with the Message of Christ. Happy Anniversary, Life Church - Leavittsburg!

From a crown of thorns to a victor's crown! Jesus didn't just die for us—He rose victorious over death, hell, and the grave. No matter what you're facing today, grab hold of the hand of the One who wears the victor's crown. He is more than able to bring you through. You too can rise as a victor!
