Today is Holy Thursday... A love looked
like a table. Not a thorne, nota crown shouting His name.
Just a room a meal amd the people amd the people closest
to him. Even the one who would betray Him. Jesus Knew.
He knew the denial was comingthe betrayal was already
in motion the cross was only hours away. And setill He
sat down with them. He broke the bread, AHe poured
wine. " This my body" "This my blood". Not symbols of
comfort but of what He was about to give. Everything.
And then He got lower. The King of heaven wrapped in a
towel kneelking washing feet that would run serving
hearts that would scatter. Even Judas, Even Peter,
the ones who wouldn't stay. Because that's who Jesusis.
He doesn't love based on what you'll do. He loves
because of who He is. And I wonder. Would I have
understood it? Or would I have sat at that table thinkiing
it was just another meal? Not realizing I was watching love
rewrite everything. Because4 this wasn't just dinner.
Thius was surrender. This was the moment He showed
us what love really looks like. Not loud, not self-seeking, not holding back. But kneeling, serving, giving. And today on
this Holy Thurssday I feel Him asking. Will you serve
when it's hard, stay when it costs, give when it's not returned?
Because the same hands thaqt broke the bread are the
same hands that would be broken for you. So don't rush past
this moment. Sit at the table let it sink. This is what love looks
like. And it's about to change everything.
