Shepherd of The Hills Shepherd of the Hills is a Lutheran Christian congregation. We're located in the city of Lead in the Northern Black Hills of South Dakota.

We're part of the association of churches in the Lutheran Congregations in Mission for Christ organization. The Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran faith community, a member of the growing association of Lutheran Congregations in Mission for Christ (LCMC), is a diverse group of people who come from a variety of faith backgrounds and experiences. eople, to be GUIDED by our understanding of God's Word and grace, and to go, SENT to serve others in Jesus' name. We are blessed to advance the Kingdom of God, as He wills, and we are thankful for members and partners who carry out His will with us.
