The prophetic ministry is often one of the more controversial ministries within the church world. And it’s often because many profits have never been discipled in their gift and so instead of maintaining a pure well, they instead have a lot of mixture which creates problems long-term.

But if discipled rightly, the gift of prophecy can be one of the more beautiful expressions of the Holy Spirit within the church.

As pastors, we serve in many ways, from preaching the Word to visiting the sick, from scrubbing toilets to handling the ordinary work of the office. Yet what I love most is leading our church to the table of the Lord Jesus Christ and sharing in the Eucharist together. In that sacred moment we remember His sacrifice, receive His grace, and are united as one family in His presence. It is a holy joy to gather with my FRDM Church family and come to the table with open hearts.
