Hi Jesus Community Church!

Have you been wanting to grow in your relationship with Jesus but don't know where to begin?

For the next 9 weeks we are going to be going through an exciting series about discovering ways to grow in our relationship with Jesus. Each week we'll be exploring meaningful and practical things we can do to draw closer to God than we have ever been!

We kick it off this Sunday! Come join us! It’s a great week to invite a friend!

We’ll also receive communion together this week.

After service, our Women’s Grow Group and Men’s Grow Group will be meeting.

See you Sunday 9am (Come a few minutes early to connect with others and grab a cup of coffee!)

Happy Sunday Jesus Community Church!

Today is Serve Sunday Bless Your Neighbor! We are praying the Lord leads you to a simple and kind way to bless your neighbor today.

Remember the BLESS acronym:

Begin with Prayer (Pray for your neighbor)
Listen (talk with your neighbor and hear their story)
Eat (Share a meal, food, etc with your neighbor)
Serve (Find ways to help your neighbor)
Share (Ask the Lord to give you opportunities all along the way to share about your relationship with Jesus with your neighbor)

Let’s have a great day of blessing our neighbors as our faithful act of worship today. (Just remember no service this morning.)

This Sunday is Serve Sunday!

Once a quarter when there is a 5th Sunday we invite everyone to serve others outside our church as a faithful act of worship.

There will be no Sunday service at 9am this Sunday August 30th.

Instead we encourage you to pray and ask the Lord about how you can bless a neighbor this Sunday!

Here are a few ideas: -Prayer walk your neighborhood.
-Download the BLESS app on your phone and begin -praying for your neighbors everyday.
-Prayer walk your neighborhood.

-Sit outside your house for a few hours and talk with people as they walk by.
-Invite a neighbor over for dessert, ice cream or coffee.
-Make cookies and share them with your neighbor.
-Help someone with a yard project.
-Host a simple snack and game party with a few neighbors.

Thank you for investing in your neighbors by blessing them! We are excited to see all the Lord will do through you this weekend😀

Come join us this Sunday August 16th at 9am for our new series “Songs of the Summer” exploring a new psalm each week together.
