Come visit and worship with us

We are a congregation of Christians serving our Lord in Lavon, Texas. We work to do God's will by helping each other (see Luke 10:25-37), telling others about the love Jesus has shown for us (see John 19:1-30), and improving ourselves to become more like Jesus every day. We gather regularly to praise God and encourage each other with songs, prayer, partaking of the Lord's Supper, and learning God's will by studying the Bible.

Members and visitors are encouraged to participate in the worship services through singing, praying, and studying to verify that the sermons preached are true to the teachings found in the Bible. Bible classes meet twice each week and are also open to all. This is an opportunity to study specific lessons from the Bible and then participate in a group discussion on the scripture or topic.

Please come visit with us! As our honored guest, you will not be pressured or embarrassed either financially or socially. We encourage you to ask any questions you might have about our beliefs or worship services.
