What would happen if you developed a 24-hour attitude of praise?

Praise Him on the mountaintop and in the valley. Praise Him when things are going right and when you don’t know which way to turn.

Psalm 34:1 says, “I will bless the Lord at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.”

And praise isn’t only what comes out of your mouth. It’s how you love, how you serve, how you treat people, and how you live.

Start with one extra minute of praise today and see what God does in you.

You have survived too much to start doubting God now.

When fear starts whispering, remember your testimony. Remember the doors God opened, the battles He carried you through, the prayers He answered, and the moments you thought you wouldn’t make it, but somehow grace met you there.

If God was faithful then, He is still faithful now.

“I will remember the deeds of the Lord; yes, I will remember your wonders of old.” — Psalm 77:11

Don’t let today’s uncertainty make you forget yesterday’s faithfulness.

God is not asking you to have it all figured out. He’s not waiting for you to become perfect before He can use you. He’s looking for your willingness.

Throughout Scripture, God used imperfect people who were simply willing to say, “Yes, Lord.” Your flaws don’t disqualify you. Your past doesn’t cancel your purpose. And your uncertainty doesn’t mean God can’t lead you.

Give God your willing heart and let Him work on the rest.

“If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land.” — Isaiah 1:19

You don’t have to be perfect to answer the call. You just have to be willing.

Some people don’t want to see you elevate because your growth makes them uncomfortable. But don’t allow somebody else’s heart to change yours.

Love anyway. Encourage people. Lift people up. Show compassion.

Because if you live long enough, there may come a day when you need the same love and care you’re being given an opportunity to sow today.

Plant love now so love will be waiting in your harvest.

You can’t pray for change and keep choosing the same behavior.

Prayer is powerful, but there comes a point when what you’re asking God to change requires a different decision from you. You can’t keep returning to the same habits, the same patterns, and the same choices while expecting God to produce a different outcome.

Sometimes the answer to your prayer is the conviction telling you, “You have to do something different.”

“Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says.” — James 1:22

Pray about it. Hear God. Then move differently.

Different doesn’t mean less than.

If we’re going to look like Jesus, LOVE has to be the evidence.

Before you judge somebody else’s struggle, take inventory of your own.

Their struggle may be drugs or alcohol. Yours may be lying, jealousy, gossip, envy, or constantly being in somebody else’s business.

The struggles aren’t all the same, but the lesson is: none of us has room to look down on somebody else.

Instead of judging people by what they’re fighting, what if we showed more compassion while asking God to help us confront the habits we need to break too?

Grace for them. Accountability for us. Love for everybody.

Sometimes what felt like rejection was really God’s protection.

You may never know what was said when you weren’t in the room. You may never understand why certain relationships suddenly changed, doors closed, or people walked away.

But God heard what you didn’t hear. God saw what you couldn’t see.

So stop grieving every separation as a loss. Some endings were God answering prayers you didn’t even know you needed to pray.

“The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.” — Psalm 121:7

Trust God with who stays. Trust God with who leaves. And trust that He knows what He is protecting you from.
