Is Your Conversation Making a Difference?

Every day we have conversations that can either build people up or tear them down. Scripture says our words should be “seasoned with salt”—bringing grace, truth, healing, and a different flavor to the conversations around us.

But what does that actually look like? How do we speak truth without our words being, too salty? And how can our everyday conversations point people toward Jesus?

This Sunday, we’ll look at Colossians 4:5–6 and discover how our life and our words can reflect what Christ has done in our hearts.

Is Your Conversation Making a Difference?

The tables are ready, the dice are waiting, and we’re getting ready for a fun night of Bunco, laughter, food, and fellowship!

Whether you’ve played a hundred times or have absolutely no idea what Bunco is 😂—come join us! You’ll have a great time, meet some new friends, and enjoy a night together as a church family.

Paul challenges us to pray with persistence, live with wisdom, and make the most of every opportunity God puts in front of us. Sometimes the opportunity is a conversation. Sometimes it’s simply the chance to encourage someone who needs it. Every time, it’s an invitation.

Colossians 4:5 Conduct yourself with wisdom in your interactions with outsiders (non-believers), make the most of each opportunity [treating it as something precious].
