Hebrews 12:1-3 is our heart this morning - Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles.

And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Consider him who endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.

It is the armor of God that protects us from the attacks we cannot see.

Not every battle is visible. Not every attack is physical. But God has given us His armor so we can stand firm, remain covered, and fight from a place of faith.

“Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil.” — Ephesians 6:11

Today is a day of celebration! Happy 44th Wedding Anniversary to our wonderful Pastors! 🥳🤍 What a blessing! The devil has tried many times to take them out, even trying to end Pastor Vicki’s life in a car accident on this day 6 years ago - BUT GOD! 👏

They’re still standing, their marriage is flourishing, their church is still reaching the lost with the Gospel. Praise the Lord!
